Purchase Orders & Estimates
- Sign In or Create an Account (so taxes & shipping can be calculated, if applicable).
- Add items to your cart and then choose Create an Estimate instead of Proceed to Checkout.
- Enter your email address when prompted. A PDF of your estimate will be emailed to you.
- Submit your PO later, or use the provided link to complete your purchase online.
A Purchase Order must have the following in order to be processed:
- Purchase Order number
- Copy of your Tax Exempt Form
- Fit and Fun Playscapes estimate number, if applicable
- Itemized list of items including name, SKU and price on school or district letterhead or form
- Shipping charges
- Discount code, if applicable
- Authorization signature
- Invoicing terms and procedures
Purchase orders will be accepted only from local, state and federal government, public and private schools within the United States; other entities require preauthorization by Fit and Fun Playscapes.
Payment terms are net 30 days; exceptions require preauthorization by Fit and Fun Playscapes.
Check or Money Order
Mail payment with a copy of your estimate or invoice to:
Fit and Fun Playscapes LLC, 220 Overocker Rd, Bldg 2, Poughkeepsie, NY 12603.
Once payment is received, the order will be processed.
Acceptable credit or debit cards include Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
You can also choose to pay by check or Purchase Order, and your order will be held pending receipt of payment or PO. Credit card information can be entered during checkout, or your order can be placed over the phone by calling us at (800) 681-0684.
